SPRING BREAK IDEAS

CHECK WEBSITES FOR DETAILS

Staying in the city for spring break? As the weather gets warmer, and restrictions ease, consider taking your family further afield. You can head to Coney Island and take your children to the New York Aquarium, with its awe-inspiring Shark Exhibit, or the Bronx Zoo with its 9,000 animals. For rainy days, there’s now the option to visit some of the city’s museums, such as the newly re-opened Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum or MoMA, with its exhibits focused on black and Asian artists. Some are now opening up to limited numbers of people and allowing children to enter either for free or for a voluntary donation. Please check the websites ahead of time to book slots and follow the COVID protocol for visits.
